Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OB/GYN Supervisor in Glendale, AZ for an ongoing full-time role with 36 hours/week on 12-hour shifts.
Supervises and coordinates nursing staff in patient care units, ensuring quality and meeting patient needs.
Participates in planning and collaborates with other departments.
Responsible for staffing, hiring, development, and evaluating staff.
Promotes teamwork, safety, patient experience, and quality outcomes.
Requires a nursing degree, AZ RN license, CPR, and relevant clinical experience.
Preferred BSN, 5+ years of clinical nursing, and 2+ years supervisory experience.
Certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NRP may be required within six months.
