Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compassionate, personalized patient care during rehabilitation.

Develop and implement care programs, policies, and procedures.

Serve as liaison between administration, staff, and patients, building meaningful relationships.

Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary actions.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within one year), and recent inpatient experience. Leadership experience preferred.
