Job Description
The ICU RN Supervisor is responsible for the safe operation of the Intensive Care Unit, overseeing patient care, staffing, and fiscal management in collaboration with leadership.
Position is full-time, night shift, 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift schedule.
Requires an associate degree in Nursing, 2-3 years of acute care experience, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Must hold a valid multi-state RN or LPN license, with CPR certification; additional certifications may be required during orientation.
The role involves ensuring safe patient care, promoting a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors, and maintaining clinical competencies for diverse patient populations.
Leadership responsibilities include implementing, supervising, and evaluating unit operations to meet strategic goals.
