Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Intensive Care Unit Supervisor for a full-time, ongoing position in Rock Hill, SC.

Position Summary: The RN Supervisor collaborates with leadership to ensure safe operation of the ICU, overseeing patient care, staffing, fiscal duties, and strategic goals. They promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining clinical competency across diverse populations and fostering service excellence.

Qualifications: Minimum of an associate’s degree in Nursing, 2-3 years of acute care or similar experience with leadership skills preferred. Must hold a valid multi-state RN license, BLS CPR certification, and other unit-specific certifications as required.

This role emphasizes safe patient care, team leadership, and operational oversight within the ICU environment.
