staff – Registered Nurse (RN) – Stroke – $37-64 per hour

Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent night shift position in the Stroke/ACE unit in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 loan support, and education assistance. New grads welcome with a comprehensive 12-week orientation and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care, recognizing condition changes, coordinating discharge planning, and promoting safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, and completion of an accredited nursing program. Prior experience is not required.

Physical ability to perform lifting, moving, and other duties is necessary. The unit focuses on elderly patients, emphasizing independence and transitional care.
