Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a SICU – Surgical Intensive Care position in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Ongoing, night shift, 36 hours/week, staff employment.

Use nursing process for patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, involving patients and families.

Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, collaborate with team, and adjust care plans accordingly.

Implement safety strategies, assess learning needs, and coordinate discharge planning.

Evaluate outcomes, support quality improvement, and promote a culture of safety.

Communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, delegate appropriately, and participate in professional development.

Provide age-specific care, adhere to standards, and maintain certifications.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate equipment, and work in a safe, hazard-exposed environment.

Requires RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
