Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, ongoing position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Phoenix, Arizona.

Provides direct, age-specific nursing care, coordinates care planning, supervises team members, and participates in quality assessments. Requires effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience includes 2+ years in Cardiac Stepdown, ICU, or CVICU. Must hold an Arizona RN license, CPR, and ACLS certification; additional certifications like PALS, NRP, or Wound Care are advantageous. Education includes a nursing degree, with a BSN preferred.
