Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology Med Surg for a night shift position in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Li includes 36 hours weekly on an ongoing basis, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, night shift differential, and benefits like student loan forgiveness, tuition assistance, and RN referral rewards.

Li care for a 34-bed inpatient unit, including oncology, post-op, and hospice patients, with opportunities to become chemo certified after 2 years.

Li support for new grads and experienced nurses, focusing on professional growth, teamwork, patient-centered care, and safety.

Li responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, recognizing changes, ensuring safety, discharge coordination, and team collaboration.

Li requires RN licensure, BLS certification, and completion of an accredited nursing program. Experience is encouraged but not mandatory.

Li physical ability to perform lifting, movement, and exposure to clinical hazards is required.
