Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology for an ongoing part-time evening shift in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Provides patient assessment, individualized care planning, and therapeutic relationships, involving patients and families.

Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition, coordinating care and mobilizing resources.

Implements safety strategies, assesses learning needs, and develops discharge plans with interdisciplinary teams.

Supports quality improvement initiatives, fosters effective communication, and promotes a culture of safety.

Demonstrates ethical decision-making, collaborates with team members, and participates in professional development.

Must hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and have at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Requires proficiency in computer skills, strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely, with proper protective gear as needed.
