This RN Neuro Telemetry position is based in San Antonio, Texas, with an immediate start and ongoing duration.
Work a night shift with rotating weekends in a patient-centered environment.
Coordinate and deliver high-quality care, including pre- and post-operative nursing, assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
Collaborate with medical providers to monitor patient status and respond to changes.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, and knowledge of cardiac procedures and equipment.
