Seeking a part-time RN Med Surg in Wauwatosa, WI, for ongoing 20-hour dayshift position.

Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, responding to changes and prioritizing needs.

Provide triage, consultation, and communicate with healthcare team, documenting patient info accurately.

Prepare patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with procedures such as lab tests and minor surgeries.

Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and educate patients on treatments and self-care.

Perform advanced clinical tasks like suture removal, catheterization, wound care, and monitoring.

Support staff training, organize exam rooms, and maintain equipment.

Must hold an RN license, BLS certification, and have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

Strong communication, decision-making, organization, and computer skills required.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform transfers, and work in a clinical environment with potential hazards.
