Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, working 36 hours/week on days with ongoing shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
Position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, student loan forgiveness up to $20,000, tuition assistance up to $7,200, and RN referral incentives.
Ideal for both experienced RNs and newly licensed nurses, with support through orientation and nurse residency programs.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care, recognizing changes, coordinating discharge planning, and promoting safety and quality improvement.
