Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for an ongoing staff position in Maplewood, MN.

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday with occasional on-call, regional travel, and company fleet vehicle eligibility.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, managing hospice plans, supporting interdisciplinary teams, assessing patient needs, documenting care, supervising staff, educating families, and participating in referrals and compliance.

Requirements: Active RN license in MN, minimum 1 year RN experience, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Preferred qualities: hospice knowledge, strong clinical skills, compassion, communication, organizational skills, resilience.
