Seeking a registered nurse (RN) hospice for an ongoing staff position in Centerville, Ohio.

As a Hospice RN/Case Manager, you will report to the administrator or care manager, manage patient care, act as liaison between physicians, patients, and families, provide direct care, educate caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, evaluate needs, and maintain records.

Requirements include RN license in Ohio, compassionate and flexible approach, 1+ years of hospice or related experience, valid driver’s license, CPR certification.
