Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for ongoing staff position in Boardman, Ohio.

As a Hospice RN, you will report to the administrator or care manager, managing patient care and acting as the primary liaison with physicians, patients, and families.

You will provide direct care, educate caregivers, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, evaluate patient needs, and maintain clinical records.

Requirements include an active RN license in Ohio, 1+ years of hospice or related experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, flexible, and empathetic, with experience in home health, ICU, or geriatric care preferred.
