Job Description

Seeking a compassionate RN Hospice for ongoing staff position in South Bend, Indiana.

Serving multiple North Indiana offices, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and travel required.

Provide direct patient care, manage hospice plans, support interdisciplinary teams, assess patient needs, document thoroughly, supervise staff, educate families, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with physicians.

Requirements include active RN license in Indiana, at least 1 year of RN experience, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
