Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for an ongoing staff position in Aiken, SC.

As a Hospice RN/Case Manager, you will report to leadership, manage patient care, serve as a liaison between physician, patient, and family, and provide compassionate direct care while educating caregivers.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining records, and participating in quality improvement programs.

Requirements: RN license in SC, 1+ years in hospice or related fields (preferred), compassionate, adaptable, with a valid driver’s license and CPR certification.
