Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for an ongoing staff position in Winfield, Kansas.
Provide direct patient care and family support after hours on a 7 on/7 off schedule.
Manage an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality hospice care.
Evaluate patient/family needs and develop care plans.
Maintain clinical records and participate in quality improvement programs.
Must be compassionate, empathetic, and hold a current RN license (or ability to obtain in the state).
1+ years of hospice, home health, or oncology experience preferred.
