Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, for ongoing night shifts, working 36 hours weekly.
Provides patient assessment, individualized care, and collaborates with the healthcare team.
Recognizes and responds to patient condition changes, ensuring safety and effective discharge planning.
Promotes safety, ethical care, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrates strong communication, critical decision-making, and team-building skills.
Requires RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
Must be physically capable of lifting, moving patients, and working in a clinical environment with exposure risks.
