Job Description

This RN Float position in El Paso, TX involves providing patient care across multiple units, primarily on night shifts with rotating weekends.

  • Requires an Associate’s or BSN degree, with 1-7 years of RN experience and at least 2 years in a specialty area.
  • Must hold a Texas or Compact Nursing License, BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification upon hire; CCRN, PALS, and TNCC preferred.
  • Responsibilities include independent nursing care, promoting teamwork, and floating across facilities based on competencies.
  • Full-time staff work at least 36 hours/week, including holidays, with PRN options available.
