Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator for the Emergency Department in San Antonio, TX.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and oversee unit functions during day shifts with rotating weekends.
Collaborate with management to assess care quality, support teamwork, and implement patient-first initiatives.
Assist with admissions, discharges, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Support staff training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications include RN license, 3+ years of ER experience, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma courses within specified timeframes.
Additional certifications like Crisis Intervention and Pediatric Life Support are required.
This is an ongoing, staff position with immediate start, no travel involved.
