Job Description

The Therapy Team Leader supports daily therapy operations, supervising staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

  • Starting salary ranges from $99,195 to $112,000 based on experience.
  • Requires current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist, with BLS certification within 30 days of hire and CCC for SLPs.
  • Minimum three years of discipline-specific or leadership experience, including at least two years clinical.
  • Responsibilities include supervising therapist assistants, staffing, training, and maintaining a positive departmental culture.
  • Clinically, staff spend 80-90% of time providing patient care.
  • Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills; able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Work environment is indoor, temperature-controlled, with occasional outdoor exposure; may involve exposure to blood/body fluids.
  • Requires reliable attendance, adherence to dress code, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and disaster response.
