Job Description

This RN position involves providing direct and indirect patient care during 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM) on weekends only, with no on-call duties. The role requires at least 1 year of clinical experience, a California RN license, and BLS certification. Responsibilities include delegating and coordinating care, documenting accurately, building therapeutic relationships, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, advanced nursing skills, and the ability to manage complex cases, while promoting quality, safety, and efficiency. The pay range is $56.58 to $83.76 per hour, based on experience.
