Job Description

We are hiring an RN Unit Manager for a day shift position in a supportive healthcare environment.

  • Lead and manage nursing staff within a dedicated unit
  • Develop care plans and ensure individualized resident care
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Conduct assessments to maintain quality and compliance
  • Mentor and train nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being
