Job Description
The Nurse Supervisor manages daily clinical operations in the HIV/AIDS program, including staff supervision, clinic workflow, patient triage, and quality initiatives.
Responsible for patient flow, point-of-care testing, and supervising clinical staff.
Ensures efficient processes, supports staff development, and collaborates with the Practice Coordinator.
Attends management meetings, maintains confidentiality, oversees supply and medication ordering, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards.
Requires an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NYS RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably supervisory.
The role involves handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
