RN – Staffing Pool, Nights

Job Description

Full-time RN position in the staffing pool, working 12-hour night shifts with a 0.9 FTE schedule. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available with a 24-month commitment.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, administering medications, documenting patient care, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating interdisciplinary care. Providing patient and family education and advocating for patient well-being are essential.

Qualifications include a Michigan RN license, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and BLS certification.
