Job Description

This full-time night shift RN position in the Emergency Department involves leading staffing, ensuring quality patient care, and managing clinical objectives across various specialties such as Emergency/Triage, Critical Care, and Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring staff, planning shifts, assessing patient needs, addressing care concerns, managing resources, and participating in hiring and staff development.

Requirements include RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, BLS certification within one month, and at least one year of relevant experience.
