Job Description

This RN position offers overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with an 8/80 work schedule and as-needed weekend hours. The hourly pay ranges from $56.58 to $83.76, depending on experience. Requirements include a nursing degree, 2 years of clinical experience, California RN licensure, and BLS certification. Key responsibilities involve providing direct and indirect patient care, delegating tasks appropriately, documenting accurately, building therapeutic relationships, and supporting team performance. The role demands critical thinking, patient advocacy, effective communication, and coordination of care plans. Candidates should demonstrate competency in managing complex patient needs, using the nursing process, and mentoring others. No on-call duties are required.
