Job Description
This 12-month Nurse Residency program begins October 2025 and supports new graduates transitioning to professional nursing through education, mentorship, and peer support.
Participants will develop clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional socialization through blended learning and precepted orientation.
Opportunities are available in various specialties including Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Womenâs Services, Cardiovascular, Surgical, and Transplant.

The staff nurse provides comprehensive patient care across the lifespan, demonstrating leadership, accountability, and effective communication.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and excellent judgment and stress management skills. Bachelor’s degree and specialty certifications are preferred.
