Job Description
This RN position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with educational training, standards, and organizational policies.
Job qualifications include:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to RN licensure;
Preferred experience in long-term care, rehab, or assisted living;
Current state RN license;
IV and CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within six months);
Ability to assess geriatric residents’ basic care needs;
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills;
Critical thinking skills.
