Job Description
This RN/LPN position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care based on educational training, while adhering to established standards and policies.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program resulting in RN licensure
Experience in long-term care, rehab, or assisted living preferred
Current state license as a Registered Nurse
IV certification and CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months
Ability to assess geriatric residents’ basic nursing needs
Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills required
Compensation ranges from $29.39 to $48.20 per hour, with benefits such as medical insurance, bonuses, career advancement, and holiday pay.
