Job Description
This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care according to educational training and established standards. It requires adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Job qualifications include:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program resulting in RN licensure;
Preferred experience in long-term care, rehab, or assisted living;
Current RN license in the state of practice;
IV Certification (must obtain within six months if not already certified);
CPR/AED Certification (must obtain within six months if not already certified);
Ability to assess geriatric residents’ basic nursing needs;
Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
