Job Description
This Graduate Nurse Residency program is a year-long developmental opportunity starting in October/December 2025.
It aims to help newly licensed registered nurses develop essential skills and confidence for high-quality patient care through evidence-based training and critical thinking.
Participants will undergo comprehensive orientation, be assigned a preceptor on their unit, and follow a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments.
Requirements include graduating from an accredited RN nursing program, holding a current Texas RN license, CPR certification through the American Heart Association, and demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
Flexibility in scheduling and placement is also necessary.
