Job Description
The qualified Nurse, with experience in a similar clinical setting, practices independently, managing routine and complex care while developing long-term plans.
Provides patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation per nursing standards.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments following protocols.
Documents patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience (1 year preferred).
Must complete onboarding, annual competencies, and obtain certifications like ACLS within specified timeframes.
This is a per diem position, accepting new graduates and experienced nurses, with credential grace periods based on experience.
