Job Description
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and delegating tasks to team members.
Meets competencies related to self, others, and leadership.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring effects.
Documents patient information and educates patients and families.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and experience (preferred).
Certifications like ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required within specified timeframes.
Full-time night shift (7PM-7AM), with orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education essential.
