Job Description
The ideal Nurse practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Meets core competency expectations, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs appropriately.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring effects and side-effects.
Documents patient information accurately.
Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1-year experience (preferred), RN license, and BLS certification.
For critical care roles, ACLS certification is required within specified timeframes.
New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain necessary certifications within designated periods.
Per diem position with flexible scheduling.
