The qualified Nurse practices independently within a similar clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and plans.
Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegates appropriately to care team members.
Meets competency expectations in self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership.
Provides nursing care based on the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient information accurately and assesses educational needs, providing necessary education to patients and families.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 1 year of related experience (preferred), BLS certification, and an active RN license.
Work schedule is 4 days of 10 hours each; full-time position.
