Job Description
The clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing each employeeâs valuable contribution.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
