Job Description
This clinical Nurse role involves creating a compassionate environment by providing patient care, active listening, and teamwork.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, 1-3 years of clinical experience, and strong communication skills.
