Job Description
This PRN Nights RN Oncology position involves providing direct clinical care to patients, including assessing, planning, and implementing treatments on a shift basis.
Supervises staff and delegates appropriate care, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective nursing practices.
Supports the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management.
Requires an active RN license, effective communication skills, and the ability to serve as a professional role model and advocate.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.
Certification: Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by law, including CPR.
