Job Description
This Nurse Supervisor manages clinical activities in OB/GYN departments at main and satellite sites to ensure smooth operations, staff coverage, clinical standards, and safety.
Responsibilities include supervising triage nurses, patient flow, point-of-care testing, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Ensures patient satisfaction, addresses complaints, and monitors workflow efficiency.
Manages supplies, medications, equipment, and staff performance, supporting clinical tasks as needed.
Acts as a liaison between staff and administration, providing mentorship and resolving complex clinical issues.
Qualifications include an RN license, associateâs degree (BSN preferred), BLS certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in supervisory roles.
