Job Description
This Nurse Supervisor manages daily clinical operations in OB-GYN departments at main and satellite sites, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coverage, clinical standards, and safety.
Coordinates patient flow, supervises triage nurses, and oversees clinical processes and supplies.
Leads staff development, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters teamwork and a compassionate environment.
Handles patient satisfaction, addresses complaints, and monitors clinical performance.
Manages operational tasks including equipment, inventory, and staff scheduling, and collaborates with physicians and administrative staff.
Acts as a resource, supports quality improvement, and ensures staff documentation and compliance with regulations.
Minimum qualifications include an RN license, BSN preferred, with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles.
