Job Description
This Nurse Supervisor oversees daily clinical operations in OB-GYN clinics at main and satellite sites, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coverage, regulatory compliance, and a safe environment.
Coordinates patient flow, supervises triage nurses, and maintains clinical standards.
Develops staff, fosters collaboration, and manages supplies and equipment.
Ensures compliance with Joint Commission and OSHA standards, and manages documentation and quality improvement.
Provides staff support, addresses patient feedback, and mentors team members.
Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in supervision.
