This Nurse Supervisor oversees daily clinical operations in OB/GYN departments at main and satellite sites, ensuring smooth workflow, adequate staffing, regulatory compliance, and a safe environment.
Responsibilities include managing patient flow, supervising staff, maintaining clinical standards, and fostering team collaboration.
Ensures patient satisfaction by addressing feedback, monitoring workflow, and supporting staff development.
Manages supplies, equipment, and documentation, and ensures regulatory and safety compliance.
Acts as a resource for staff, promotes quality improvement, and supports staff education.
Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree in nursing, NY RN licensure, BLS certification, and 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in supervisory roles.
