Job Description
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities include maintaining practice standards, coordinating patient care activities among staff, and ensuring quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications include a nursing program graduate with a current Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC license and BLS certification.
New graduates are eligible, with preferred hospital experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Advanced specialty certification is a plus.
A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available.
