Job Description
This nursing role involves administering fundamental nursing care under supervision, including assessments, care planning, and evaluation.
Provides a positive, professional image and promotes a safety culture for patients and staff.
Maintains a clean environment, adheres to infection control, medication, and confidentiality policies.
Participates in quality improvement and complies with organizational, regulatory, and professional standards.
Performs patient assessments, documents vital signs, and reports abnormal findings.
Develops and implements individualized care plans involving patients and families.
Delivers safe, therapeutic care, communicates effectively with patients and team members, and responds to emergencies.
Evaluates patient responses, supports nursing standards, supervises staff, and participates in reviews.
Maintains professional growth through education, attends conferences, and seeks guidance as needed.
Minimum requirements include a nursing degree, RN licensure, recent experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS within 90 days.
