REF:#96aafddb9f6806a0 Yorktown Manor Care Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our facility in Yorktown, IN.

** RN Details*

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, monitoring and evaluating the outcome of practice and standards of care, and providing direct nursing care in a self-directed manner. Join us so you can be part of our team caring for our nation’s heroes.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse of this state.

RN Shifts available:

Full-Time 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am and 2pm- 10pm
Weekend Option

**LPN Details*

The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

LPN Shifts available:

Full-Time 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am and 2pm- 10pm

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
Must be 18 years and older
