Job Description
This role involves coordinating inpatient wound care programs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Perform wound, ostomy, and continence assessments; develop and monitor treatment plans; provide patient education; and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Manage specialized equipment and advocate for patient needs.
Requirements include a nursing license, wound care certification (preferred), 2+ years of relevant experience, and ability to work independently.
Skills include wound staging, skin assessment, staff training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
