Job Description

Seeking a Wound Care Specialist to coordinate clinical activities for inpatient wound, ostomy, and continence care.

  • Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, education, and emotional support, ensuring holistic treatment.
  • Manage specialized equipment, document progress, and advocate for patient needs.
  • Qualifications include a nursing license, wound care certification preferred, and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills needed are independent work, staff training, patient interaction, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications required include BLS (within 6 months), with additional certifications preferred.
