RN – IP Wound & Ostomy Coord

Job Description

Seeking a Wound Care Nurse to coordinate inpatient wound, ostomy, and continence care.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, providing education, and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications include a nursing license (WV State Board), graduate of a relevant program, 2+ years of related experience, wound care certification preferred, and BLS certification within 6 months.

Skills required are independent work, timely wound consults, staff education, patient interaction, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
